New Formations For FC Mobile 26

7 New Formations have been added to FC Mobile as part of the FC Mobile 26 Update. Here, we take a look at the formations. We will cover the Build of the formations, as well as the pros and cons for each one. Find the details on all the old formations here

5-4-1 Defend

LB, 3 x CB, RB, LM, 2 x CM, RM & ST

As with all 5 at the back formations, this one is defence minded with the added benefit of having a full and wide midfield. A single attacker is a downside to this formation. Fast LM & RM with good dribbling and crossing are a must. 2 box to box central midfielders or one defensive minded & one attack minded  CM would be most effective to feed through to the single Striker.

4-4-1-1 Attack

LB, 2 x CB, RB, LM, 2 x CM, RM, CAM, ST

Similar to 4-4-2, but with one Striker replaced with a CAM. Fast LM & RM with good dribbling and crossing are advantageous. 2 more defensive CM's should work well due to the CAM being available to link central plays to the ST

4-3-2-1

LB, 2 x CB, RB, 3 x CM, 2 x CAM, ST

Very central focused in all respects. 3 x CM give you a lot of versatility, I would suggest at least one more defensive CM with the other 2 more passing focused. You can go all out attack by having 2 high shooting CAM's or opt to have a combination of a better finisher, along with one with higher passing & dribbling. A physical striker who can hold up the ball & be an aireal threat is one way to set up. Or ideally a complete striker suitable for solo ST formations.

4-1-3-2

LB, 2 x CB, RB, CDM, LM, CM, RM, 2 x ST

A well rounded formation, very similar to the old 4-1-2-1-2 wide formation. This set up, replaces the CAM in that formation with a CM. A box to box CM would work, as would one with high passing skills to feed forward to the attackers. Also, fast, decent dribbling wide midfielder would help you get the most from this set up.

4-2-1-3

LB, 2 x CB, RB, 2 x CDM, CAM, LW, RW, ST

A new take on the popular 433 set of formations. This version gives you 2 x CDM's and a CAM. At least 1 high/high work rate CDM is a good idea for this formation. This set up on initial release has proved popular and can be a real challenge to break down, especially in the center of the park.

3-4-2-1

3 x CB, LM, RM, 2 x CM, 2 x CAM, ST

Similar to the 3-4-3 formations, this formation sacrifices LW/RW for 2 CAM's. Very heavily attacking formation, allows you to still play down the wings with your LM & RM whilst still having 3 attacking options, all be it more central.

3-1-4-2

3 x CB, CDM, LM, RM, 2 x CM, 2 x ST

The inverse of the old 3-4-1-2 formation, replacing the CAM with a CDM. This gives you a more defensive edge to a fairly attacking formation. Insert a box to box style CDM and you can dominate in the middle of the pitch.
